La pr\u00e9sentation principale a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e par Lisa\u00a0Attygalle, directrice de l\u2019engagement \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tamarackcommunity.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Institut Tamarack<\/a>. L\u2019engagement communautaire est un sujet de pr\u00e9occupation pour certains membres de la communaut\u00e9 de pratique du Centre des comp\u00e9tences futures (CCF) et ils voulaient savoir comment les expert.e.s s\u2019y prennent pour relever les d\u00e9fis dans ce domaine. Le RIRC a invit\u00e9 le Tamarack Institute \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter des strat\u00e9gies, des conseils et des solutions. Ensuite, les participant.e.s ont form\u00e9 de petits groupes pour \u00e9changer des id\u00e9es afin de pallier les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019engagement communautaire.
