Sometimes leading to burnout, this lack of recognition kills creativity and the very drive of and purpose of engagement: what really matters gets swallowed by bureaucratic procedures, unfulfilled expectations, and lack of time\/spaces for replenishment. What new arrangements exist or can be created\/practiced to address this at the personal, organisational, and funding levels?<br \/>\n\u2022 How \/ do we fulfill our promises of community engagement? What are the critiques and expectations from institutions aiming at community engagement?
