CCEC Workshop: “Engaging Communities in a Good Way”

Community Campus Engage Canada cordially invites you to its upcoming, virtual workshop, titled “Engaging Communities in a Good Way”, which will be held on March 27, 1:00-4:30 ET.

Participants will learn how principles and practices of decolonizing community-campus engagement can inform how we engage with all communities.

Dr. Shawna Cunningham, Director of ii’ taa’poh’to’p (Indigenous Strategy), University of Calgary, and Susan Mide Kiss (current CCECanada Management Committee Co-Chair, and at UFV) will lead workshop discussions. Learnings are applicable across a wide range of departments and offices to enhance their community-minded activities.

  • Academic administrators, faculty, staff – Individual: $400; Group (5 or more): $1800
  • Community organizations – Individual: $200; Group (3 or more): $500
  • Students: Free
