Meet Satpreet!

Queen’s University student, Satpreet Dhillon, recently completed an alternative practicum internship with Research Impact Canada.

Satpreet found that the internship was the perfect fit for her. At RIC, she was able to combine her background in scientific research, and experience in education and outreach, to find a common base in knowledge mobilization. During her time with RIC, Satpreet was able to develop and practice her skills in knowledge mobilization through various tasks, including the refinement of workshop tools, the development of multimedia infographic content, and creating a blueprint for an online learning module.

The internship has allowed Satpreet to make many valuable connections and acquire transferable skills that will open new doors in the near future for her. She is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work with such a fantastic team!
