On June 2, 2023 from 12-1pm ET, Research Impact Canada, in partnership with the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences and the Rideau-Ottawa Valley Learning Network, hosted a webinar that aimed to teach the basics of motivational interviewing and equipped the audience with practical guides and resources to help elicit and guide lasting change. This webinar showed how to use motivational interviewing to foster self-efficacy and seed self-driven positive change for people in the workforce development sector across Canada.
