On November 16th, 2023, Research Impact Canada invited Danny Mirza, Lead Career Consultant at Coventry University, UK, to host a webinar in which he guided participants through the basics of using ChatGPT to automate tasks and improve client engagement and career readiness. This interactive webinar provided an opportunity to learn about how to apply generative AI tools in skills and workforce development.
